Call Center Cubicles - The "Telemarketing Station"
Need high density cubicle workstations? Check out the call center cubicle. If you need to have a large amount of outgoing calls from your employees but don't have a lot of real estate, then this is your choice. Typically in the "call center cubicle" or "telemarketing workstation", you will have only a straight worksurface (generally 36" to 48" wide), and no other cubicle amenities (such as under-surface pedestal filing cabinets, or overhead flipper door units).
Usually, the call center cubicle worker will only have a phone, or may have a phone and a laptop computer. The electrical and data outlets will run "down the spine" of the cubicle. This saves money from running expensive category-5 data cabling.
Panel height. Usually, telemarketing cubicles will have lower-height panels (ranging from 42" to 48" tall). This allows the call center manager to keep an eye on his employees - and ensure that productivity is up. You don't want your outbound callers playing Solitare, do you?
